Refund policy

Need to return an item? Log in to your account, find your order, and click 'Request a return'.

We strive to meet your expectations with our products. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return it to us in its original condition with the swing tag attached within 14 days of receipt.

Once received, we will refund your account or exchange any item within 14 days.

Important: If you don't include your returns form inside your parcel, we cannot guarantee a full refund, as we may be unable to match the returned items with your customer account.

Please note that during busy periods, processing returns can take up to 30 calendar days from the day it arrives back at our warehouse.

Returns Delivery Cost & Refunds

You are responsible for the cost of returning items to us. Please post your parcel and obtain proof of posting and insurance, as we cannot be held responsible for goods in transit from our customers.

We do not refund the original postage cost on returned items. However, for exchanged items, you will not be charged for replacement postage and packaging. If you would like to exchange your item, please specify this.

Returns Processing Fee

We charge a returns fee of 10% of the item's price, which will be deducted from your refund. This covers the cost of receiving, inspecting, and repackaging your returned item when you've changed your mind or the item is unsuitable.

You will not be charged this fee if an item is determined to be faulty or incorrect. Please make sure to note that information when registering your return.

How to Start a Return

  1. Log in to your account and click 'Request a return' next to the order you want to return items from.
  2. If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
  3. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted, as we may not have enough information to link the products to you and your order.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

STOCK AVAILABILITY

Due to the nature of our collection, we cannot guarantee that all items will be in stock at all times. We will inform you if items are unavailable and advise you when they will be back in stock (the dates we provide are accurate at the time of information but may change if there is a delay in delivery).
