Delivery

What are the delivery options and costs?

  • Standard Delivery (UK): 2-5 days, £3.95 per item.
  • European Delivery: 7 days, £14.95 per item.
  • Rest of World Delivery: 7-14 days, £19.95 per item.

Delivery charges are calculated per item and shown at checkout.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to select international destinations.

How long will my delivery take?

Delivery times vary by location:

Returns and Refunds

What is your return policy?

You can return items within 14 days of receipt. Items must be unused, with tags attached, and in original packaging.

How do I return an item?

Log in to your account.

  1. Find your order and click 'Request a return'.
  2. Follow the instructions provided.

Items sent back without requesting a return may not be accepted.

Who pays for return shipping?

You are responsible for return shipping costs.

Is there a returns fee?

Yes, a 10% processing fee will be deducted from your refund, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 10 business days after we receive and inspect your return.

Which items cannot be returned?

Perishable goods, custom or personalised items, personal care products, hazardous materials, flammable liquids/gases, and gift cards.

What if my item is damaged or incorrect?

Contact us immediately at help@optimewellbeing.com so we can resolve the issue. Faulty or incorrect items are exempt from the returns fee.

Exchanges

Can I exchange an item?

Yes. Indicate you'd like an exchange when requesting a return. Alternatively, return the item for a refund and place a new order.

Stock levels may vary. We'll inform you if an item is unavailable and provide an estimated restock date.
